Recruitment & hiring
Our people are one of our biggest competitive advantages and matching the right people with the right roles is an essential and ongoing process for us. We take this very seriously and have designed a process that will give both you and us the possibility to evaluate thoroughly if we believe you’ll be happy with us and that it is a good match.
THE PROCESS - STEP BY STEP
Application & initial match
Take the plunge to discover if we’re a good match! We will consider your CV/application carefully and get back to you about what happens next. You may be contacted by one of our nice recruiters to have a short phone call to discover more about each other.
Meet & Greet
In the first meeting the focus is to get to know each other more. You will typically meet the hiring manager and/or someone from the team we’re recruiting for.
Second round
The further process may differ depending on what role you’ve applied for, and is developed for us to get to know you even more and to be able to assess the match between you, the position and the team. However, the main steps are often the same and we’ll typically ask you to meet with us 1-2 times after the Meet & Greet.
Final step & decision time
We will evaluate all the information we have gathered throughout the process to assess whether it’s a good match. We will do a reference check of our final candidates before making the final decision. If we both see that we’re still interested in each other, we will give you an offer and we hope you will accept!
Signing & onboarding
After the offer-acceptance we will formalize everything with an employment contract and start preparing for welcoming you onboard.
