The process - step by step

Application
Apply and take the first step towards joining our team! 

We carefully review every application and assess the match between your experience, skills and the role. 

First Interview
The first interview is all about getting to know each other. You'll typically meet the hiring manager and a recruiter or someone from the team, and we'll discuss your background, motivations and experience, as well as give you a better understanding of the role, team and ways of working at Coop.

Further Assessment
The next steps may vary depending on the role and level of seniority. Most candidates will participate in one or two additional interviews with relevant stakeholders. For some positions, we may also include a case assignment, technical assessment or other exercises relevant to the role. The purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of your skills and assess the match between you, the role and the team.

We also administer a personality test and an ability test at this stage. 

Final Evaluation
As we approach the final stage, we evaluate all information gathered throughout the process. We conduct reference checks and background checks for final candidates as well, before making a hiring decision.

Offer
If we believe there is a strong mutual match, we will present you with an offer.

Signing & Onboarding
Once the offer has been accepted, we finalize the employment contract and start preparing for your first day. Our goal is to make your onboarding experience smooth, engaging and successful from day one.
