• Development Process Optimization: Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Information Security: Design secure solutions with embedded controls to mitigate security threats.
• Modern Standards Approach: Demonstrate and guide others in adopting modern standards and practices.
• Programming and Build: Maintain technical responsibility for all stages of development, advise stakeholders, and set team standards for programming tools and techniques.
• Prototyping: Use and establish design patterns, iterate prototypes, and select appropriate prototyping methods.
• Service Support: Identify, locate, and resolve faults in production systems.
• Systems Design: Design systems of medium complexity, select appropriate standards, and review others' designs to ensure effective use of resources and technology.
• Systems Integration: Define integration builds, coordinate activities, and support integration testing.
• User Focus: Collaborate with user researchers, represent user needs, and guide approaches to understanding user stories and tools.
